In 2006/2007 I worked as Chef de Partie at Jamie Oliver’s ‘Fifteen Cornwall’ restaurant where I ran the pasta section. I found my true passion and love and now my favourite thing to do is teach people how to make Pasta and Gnocchi so they can go home and create it for themselves, their friends and families!
I was also lucky enough to learn from the master himself, Jamie’s mentor Gennaro Contaldo. Who visited us in Cornwall a few times, I loved working with him, he is such an amazing man and he taught me so much!
I will teach you how to make pasta and gnocchi from scratch. With tips on which potatoes to use, the simplest pasta recipe and a selection of seasonal sauces and fillings, you will walk away with a delicious new skill! This class will leave you full of knowledge and full of carbs!
